1.) Shoes:
Dance shoe prices are based on the style of dance. Shoes and pre-approved dance apparel can be purchased at our online store: https://www.shopnimbly.com/DBD

2.) Registration:
$50 per family – Due with registration.

3.) Monthly Tuition* for 2025 – 2026 Dance Season

• 30 Minute Class – $54
• 45 Minute Class – $61
• 60 Minute Class – $68
• *subject to change

Multi-Class Discounts:

• 2 Classes – $10 Discount
• 3 Classes – $20 Discount
• 4 Classes – $25 Discount
• 5 Classes – $35 Discount
• 6 Classes – $45 Discount

Payment Policy:

• Tuition and Registration holds the dancer’s place in class and is non-refundable
• Tuition payments are charged to the account on the first day of each month
• Tuition is divided into equal monthly payments for the dance year from August – May
• Payments do not vary due to the number of classes in a month
• Credit Card payments accepted online or we accept cash, checks or credit cards in studio
• Checks will not be accepted after the a returned/NSF check
• Inclement weather cancellations will not be refunded or pro-rated
• Holidays do not count as missed classes
• Statements will be provided when family accounts are not current

Drop Class Policy:

• A written notice is required to withdraw from a class via email or studio drop form
• No refunds will be given for registration, tuition, or costume payment
• Dancers are required to to meet the 80% attendance policy to participate in recital

4.) Recital Expectations and Expenses:

Recital Fee

• A $30 recital rental fee is due by October 15th
• Participation in rehearsal and recital is mandatory for dance classes
• All tuition payments must be current for dancers to perform

Costumes

• Costumes range between $80-$125 for each dance
  
• Deposits of $50 per costume are due on or before November 15th 
• Full Costume Balance is due February 15th
• Costumed cannot be returned, and there are no refunds for any payments made
• Costumes will be sent home upon receipt of the full payment and current tuition
• An additional minimal expense may be incurred for tights, head pieces and accessories

• During recital season, there are optional, incremental items available to families
